Teleworkers audio issues out SIP trunks

On further testing of SIP trunks MCD to Level3 via watchguard firewall.

Teleworker making or receiving call via SIP trunk one way audio.
Teleworker out --X-->

We had same with a watchguard FW, sorted by IT so not sure what it was but I think it was to do with the SIP helper in the FW and getting it turned off.
 
Also I remember that the FW needed a reboot to enable the rules even after setting them in the firewall and the rules seeming to be there and working.
 
Yup, thats what we were told but it was still screwing with the headers.
 
Issue resolved.
Traceroute showed MBG sending out the WAN side.
Added the Level3 IP Address into the local networks
Test call 2-way audio.
