i have a teleworker running 4.0. the remote phone after dialing out and connecting, they cannot dial any other digits. would upgrade to 4.5 fix this issue or upgrade to mbg. it has been this way since the install

Do you mean you dial out to something like an external voicemail and after answer you can't send any digits to that voicemail to dial and extension?

The single biggest problem with communications is the illusion that it has taken place.

yes. found out from tech support that 4.0 had this problem. upgrading to 4.5 will correct it.
