installing the new teleworker with a 200icp 5.0 with dsl at remote sites. not a lot of data traffic. any draw backs?

Teleorker is pretty simple. The biggest challenge is always the firewall at the corporate end ( ie. where the teleworker server is ).

There's stuff about, the new Teleworker I+M guides are a lot better than they used to be on the MOL site. As Lou suggested most poeple have trouble with the corp firewall. We found that if your using Teleworker with handsets only port forwarding tends to work fine. Using softphones is a nightmare and you have to use a firewall with three interfaces (LAN, WAN and DMZ)
