Is there some reason that the latest Teleworker training course ($250.00) does not include the critical information found in a 2-year old article on the Knowledge Base? (KB article 04-5161-00003). It's not in the handbook either. I realize that's what the KB is for, but that installation tip contains some invaluable information that can be critical for some and you shouldn't have to go digging for it. (rant mode off now)
