Hello guys, have you ever encounter a Teleworker server unable to sync with AMC? no changes was done on server before this thing happened.

Teleworker sets are able to register and still working but when doing a Test Internet Access on console it fails.

These are some error info on MAS:
************************************************************
Current list of blades
WARNING: Unable to connect to blades server

ServiceLink Status Information
Warning: The Applications Management Center cannot be contacted. Please check connectivity, and ensure that Secure Shell connections (TCP port 22) are permitted from this server to the host sync.mitel-amc.com. All connections will be initiated by this server, so only outbound connectivity is required.

The following error occurred during the last sync:
ERROR: The server successfully started a sync operation with sync.mitel-amc.com but the connection was broken before the operation completed. This is most likely due to Internet connectivity problems. Contact your authorized partner for more assistance if this error persists
Warning: The last 56 registration attempts have failed.

Thanks in advance guys...

If you haven't changed hardware since you installed Teleworker you need to deactivate server and synchronize with AMC. Make sure you copy you App ID before you deactivate. Should resolve your problem.

Voipin is right, get all the information you can, I would even take snap shots of all the configurations.

I had something similar, where the internet connection failed every 4 hours. A reboot would fix the issue - sometimes you have to reboot twice to fix the issue.

I changed the NIC and eventually replaced the computer.

Now the TW is working with out issues since the replacement.

thanks guys..i'll try to abide with your suggestions and give you feedback after.
