Teleworker Query

Quick question regarding teleworker:-

4 site 3300 network connected via a DPNSS voice VPN.
Within the teleworker config (under "Main")I have added all 4 3300 ICPs
Teleworker server itself is housed at site "A" its local 3300 is ICP1
If within the teleworker config - set management - i configure a set to register to ICP1 (the local 3300 to the teleworker) the teleworker handset registers fine and works perfectly.
If i add a set/extension within set management on the teleworker and select any other ICP i.e an ICP at a different site to the teleworker server, the handset registers but the applications/keys dont load on the phone (5330) and cli/caller information is random.

Hope the above makes sense.

My question is therefore when configuring teleworker handsets do they have to be set on the 3300 local to the teleworker server? or should they work when configured on the teleworker to remote ICP's?

If the sites are clustered or the remote directory's are configured, then you do not need to register with anything but the local controller. The remote dir will pass on the registration to the remote controller if required.
