Hi,there,
I am installing my first teleworker on my first CXI,
I started the MLS as SERVER-GATWAY
My customer has a router connected to a modem cable with a static public IP addresse.
my questions are:
- should i connect the Wan port of the ICP3300-CXI to the one of the free ports of router(one of the ports is used by the customer to connect the LAN to the internet?
-can i use the customer static ip addresse as the public address for the teleworker?
-is there any setup to do on the router to forward the external teleworker traffic to the teleworker server(APC card),like declaring the internal ip address of the apc for exemple.
Tahnk-you for your help and be patient with me,its the firts Mitel system i am installing.

The WAN port need to be connected to a RAW internet connection with a dedicated IP(separate from existing)

You will probably need to insert a splitter of the service before the customer's router.
