We have a Teleworker server installed and it has worked great for 2 years. Last weekend we had to change the IP address on the external inteface as we were moving ISP.

Since the IP address change we can't get audio to work on the phones. The teleworker phones power up, connect, display the correct time/date and extension. The phonebook option works. When you dial a teleworker extension it rings but when you pick up htere is no audio in either direction.

We switched back to the oringinal ISP connection and IP address but now the server doesn't work on that connection either.

Any help/ insight you can provide on this would be much appreciated.

Any solution found for this? We have the EXACT same problem. We changed IPs, and now no audio....I did notice, that in the Web GUI, under advanced, there is a line that reads "Public IP Address Override" It still shows our old IP - I tried changing that, but it always reverts to old IP.

Thanks for any help.

I figured it out...for some reason, the original IP address (before the IP change), was in a field in the TW advanced tab (on the web GUI), called Public IP Address Override.

I cleared the field, and saved the settings, and it works fine now!

Hope this helps the original poster.
