Hi there,

Was wondering if anyone could verify that once the 1st year maintenance and support on teleworker expires, the teleworker solution will still function.

To my knowledge the answer should be yes. The only drawback is that you won't be able to download updates etc.

My problem is that my Teleworker has stopped functioning on the exact day the maintenance and support expired. It seems that the tug daemon service "crashes"

Thanks

That's odd. It should keep functioning. I hae had a few customers not renew the subscription and they hav e not hav e the issue you describe. Mitel was selling it as a one time purchase. I haven't heard of that changing.

cool, any idea why the tug daemon would stop working?

No idea why it would stop working. I assume that it does not work after a restart? You should be able to call tech support on it as I believe support is not tied to the subscription, if it is I imagine they would tell you...

The teleworker does not expire after 1 year subscription only other services such as managed VPN it should continue to work after expiry.
