Teleworker License Issue

HI All,

I am having an issue on a recently installed Teleworker. Everything looks ok but the 5 licenses do not appear. It SYNC's with AMC ok but the 5 do not show up?.

I have released the Hardware ID, cleared the service link. Mitel AMC have told me to go to support. Before I embark on that lengthy process has anyone experienced this before.

The Error in the logs is:

MBG license check failed Critical Fri 15 Mar 2013 09:20:48 EDT cannot find LicenseVersion prop under either teleworker or scrc tag

Any help would be appreciated.

I've seen something similar and in my case the version was not the last one. After an install I had to go to the Blades page refresh and install the last offered sw.
After the update a sync made the licenses show up.
