We are based in Santa Barbara, California with teleworkers scattered all around the world. We have 1 user in Amsterdam who has been using the same Teleworker phone for a few years now without any issues. Last month, his ISP (German Telekom) switched him over to IPv6 and now his phone no longer connects to our MBG. On our end we do not currently use IPv6 and are not sure where we should be looking to to start troubleshooting. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I live in the Netherlands and i do not know of a provider called German Telekom to be honest.
Are you sure that is the provider?
There are not many providers over here that do IPv6.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

No, I'm not. Just going by what the user told me. I believe it may have been the name on his modem.

It could a new provider or a business provider.
I never heard of them to be honest.

But the IPv4 ranges are gone and only the bigger provider do have IP addresses left so IPv6 only is an option but then you cannot visit very much websites.
I do have both IPv4 and IPv6 (xs4all)

If he or she only has IPv6 then you should have it too.

@tlpeter, all new modems from Ziggo have ipv6.
(Ziggo is or is allmost marketleader in the Netherlands)

MeneerB, that is new for me but it is about time.
All providers should have IPv6 but that will take some time.
