Ok I have a strange one. I have a teleworker that is a hotdesk user and all was working fine until this morning. when she logs into the phone she is unable to make outbound calls. She gets a busy signal. She is able to receive calls. I have logged her in on a phone in our office and have the same problem. I have deleted her account and created a new with the same number. This is happening just to this one user. We are running a a MXE with 9.0.3.29 ( we are upgrading to 5.0 in the near future) Any ideas?
