Teleworker Download error

Hi,

I am trying to setup a teleworker phone, done it loads of times before no problem however one we have in Portugal keeps saying SIP download error when it starts downloading, then resets and starts all over again...

Anyone got any ideas why?

Oh handset is 5215, TW server is MAS 6000 6.1 and we are running 8.0.9.20 on an MXE...

hello mate

have you done the phone reset

you need to unplug the phone then reconnect it while holding down ether the * , # or hold key this will clear the flash memory

then reboot the phone and hold down the 7 key this will put the phone into teleworker mode

Also, it could have been accidently put in SIP mode (think that's *7) in the boot sequence.(whereas holding down just 7 is teleworker set-UP!!) This would account for it mentioning sip

To put it back in Minet mode re-boot holding down *6. That should sort you out

Once you've done that re-boot the phone again just holding down the 7 key to get into Teleworker config and then set the Teleworker IP address
