Teleworker disconnects

We're just getting started with deploying teleworker sets. The trial set i've got out now has been working fine but yesterday we had numerous disconnects. I've noticed two things in the logs:

First - this series repeats itself every 4-5 minutes:

MBG set connection established indeterminate Thu Mar 25 19:55:41 2010 Acceptorreshared, ID:08:00:0F:10:1F:A6, Ip:207.102.70.183:6900, Icp:10.0.0.1, active-connections:1, LocalIp:192.168.2.36, Type:172

MBG DN event 08:00:0F:10:1F:A6 indeterminate Thu Mar 25 19:55:40 2010 Acceptorreshared, ID:08:00:0F:10:1F:A6, Ip:207.102.70.183:6900, Icp:10.0.0.1, dnlist:3002

MBG set connection lost indeterminate Thu Mar 25 19:54:39 2010 Acceptorreshared, ID:08:00:0F:10:1F:A6, Ip:207.102.70.183:6900, Icp:10.0.0.1, active-connections:0, Reason: SS read failed - Connection reset.(104)

Second:

MBG one-way audio 08:00:0F:10:1F:A6 major Thu Mar 25 19:49:59 2010 loss of rx stream from IS for 5005ms

There are several of this second entry, and they correspond to the connection failures I experienced.

What I'm looking to find out is some possible reasons for these events so that I know where to start troubleshooting.

Any insight is greatly appreciated.
