6 Teleworker users in Location 2. Teleworker Server in Location 1
LOcation 2 is 3M WiMax circuit Location 1 is 6M fiber..Plenty of bandwidth. Replaced Firewalls in both loc with TZ210 W(Sonicwall)

It appears now that Loc 2 can only have one good call at a time . As soon as 1 caller is on the line the remaining users have a jittery call, cant hear or be heard or the instrument reboots.

Tried doing BWM on the Firewall for Location 2 and that seems to kill the data traffic ( or slows it down so much it seems dead)

I Have a separate TW phone in a 3d location ( only one user) who never experiences any problems with the setup ( it connects wirelessly thru COmcast believe it or not)

The array used to work without difficulty and this appeared suddenly. Connectivity always tests well. We thought it was the firewalls ( TZ170 so we replaced them) no change

My IT and Tel vendors are stumped. Any ideas..Settings in the Teleworker, Settings in the Sonicwalls?

Thanks

Location 2 is a 3x3 circuit? Have you checked the logs on the TW to see if it's the set side or the switch side?

Are you using compression or have you recently disabled compression or upgraded SW?

"The only problem with common sense is that it's not that common
