Hello,
IPO R11.0.2 ( I know... )

With Covid, I have many users in Teleworker mode.
Users encounter a long delay before external phone rings ( 10s approx ).

Calls are too short to be managed properly.

Is there any solution to optimize this, or only alternative is to increase no answer timeout ?

When you say "Teleworker mode" what exactly do you mean? Are you twinning calls to their cell phones? If so what is the Mobile Dial Delay set to under the mobility tab for the user?

If not twinning what exactly are you doing?

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.

Thank you for the answer.
By teleworker I mean Telecommuter ( sorry for the bad translation )

I tried both, Telecommuter and mobile twinning ( Users have Power User licenses)
It seems to be a bit faster in mobile twinning, with dial delay at 0s and answer protection at 4s.

When you send calls to a mobile there is a delay before the mobile network locates and start to ring on the device.
Usually this is up to 5s but I've seen it go higher in some cases.

Yes janni78, it is what I always seen : 1 ring/4s to get the mobile ringing. I'm OK with this.
Here I get ~10s, homephone or mobile.
I see 5 seconds before IPO dials out.

The standard no answer was set to 15s, that gives just one ring before
Is there a delay for telecommuter hidden somewhere ?

What are you Dial Delay Time and Count under System -> Telephony set to?

I have 2 seconds, an 11 digits

I give a try with 10 digits.

OK, tested :
No effect.
It is very quick on Mobile twinning 6s, and 12s on telecommuter.
The more I dig, the less I understand.

Nailed it !

I added specific short codes in system for external calls.
Our phone numbers have always 10 digits, stating with 0.
I Added 01XXXXXXXX to 09XXXXXXXX short codes.

System now composes immediately the phone number for telecommuter :)
