We recently had our teleworker server installed. Im down to the last couple of kinks in the system but needed a little help. Has anyone experienced an issue with 53xx phones taking a while to boot (1st boot) when you connect via teleworker? I plug the phone in, set the teleworker address and watch it download. It stops around 20% and waits there for a good 10 minutes. After 20 minutes the phone will completely download.
On my 5212 set. I can bring it home plug it in and configure the teleworker ip and that phone is up within about 45 seconds?
Someone mention that the higher end sets will cache some profile info and that is why I have been clearing the phone between teleworker and non teleworker usage.
Anyone have a suggestion, please leave it in the suggestion box for me.
