Telephony solutions for lead tracking on inbound sales calls

Hi,

We are currently using two Vonage lines for our SME (Small and Medium Sized Enterprise).

I was wondering what the best telephony solution would be for our requirements:

1. Track the source of leads on inbound sales calls and automatically populate our bespoke sales/customer database. Leads possibly coming from Google AdWords PPC, Facebook, etc.

2. Handle initial sales calls in our office and quickly forward unanswered sales calls (after 3 rings) to a third party call centre.

Is a "cloud PBX switch" what we need?

Our cloud solution would work very well with this.

You could assign different telephone numbers for each lead so you can track which leads come through from which lead generation source

and overflowing calls is never an issue
