I have scheduled my BCM to do a backup to its E: and when I checked the log this morning I found "The 'Backup' of the 'System programming' options has FAILED (Reason:internal error.) At this moment is not possible to perform a Telephony backup. BRU will reattempt to perform the backup in 5 minutes." The backup fails again after 5 minutes. Only the telephony services fail, all else passes.
