We use Telephony Manager 3.1 for configuration, however some phone configuration (Keys, CLS, name..etc) was done through CLI and it is not updated on the TM
How I can sync configuration from Call Server to the TM ?
Under telephones select "search" , search for a valid DN. in the search results next to the button "VALIDATE" is a drop down "More Actions" in there is "Retrieve" once selected a new box will appear select "RETRIEVE ALL" give it a task name & submit.
