Telephony Manager!!! OTM database does not exist in directory????

Hi All

I wonder if there is someone out there that might have the answer to this questions. I have a cs1k 4.5. The client machine gave up the ghost so I have had a new xp machine installed. I started to install the Telephony Manger SW from CD but I will not load due this error:

"OTM database does not exist in directory C:\Program Files\Nortel\ Telephony Manager"

I did have a copy of the above directory from the old machine and have dumped the files from that to the above directory in the hope that this would, in part get me past this error but NO I still can get the SW to load!!!

Any ideas.....

Are you loading in OTM or TM?. Have you got passed the part where you have added in the keycodes?. I seem to remember that OTM tended to be located bu default to C:\Nortel etc?.

My Bad!! In haste I have chosen to install the SW as a Client. It should be a Server!! Walk before you can run. Thanks.
