Telephony Manager memory issue

When attempting to collect the Collection and Costing data in our Telephony Manager, I get this error:

"An error occurred while writing the Cost record to the Cost table. Costing can not continue. The DAO error is: Database has reached maximum size. Er rorCode:3036"

I think there may be a file I can delete to fix this, but I'm unsure. Anyone have any ideas?
