Telephony Licensing mess

We are finding that we are caught at the last moment when it comes to keeping track of licences for Symposium agents, callpilot and others...is there an way to keep track of this?

give a copy to the customer - tell them it is like the title for their car

if you provide it as an additional service - you may also keep it in a customer's file

PBX..but the issue is we are responsible for everything telecom...I have the licenses but how do I keep a tally on when I'm low and need to order more...I'm not the only programmer but I'm the one who has to report if..for example we are running low on callpilot lisences, AST licences...etc. Thanks for your help!

Sounds like you just a spreadsheet you update yourself once a month, that should be often enough unless you are constantly adding to what you have. Only you and your customer can determine if you are low.

Company A has only 5 tn's left but are not expanding, are they low? no not really according to them.

Company B has 10 tn's left but they are adding 10 agents/phones each week, are they low? yes of course.

Every site/PBX/customer is different.
