Telephone Set for Community Pool

Can anyone recommend a type of telephone set that would be suitable for installation in a pool area, where there is high humidity and high noise levels?

We have a number of indoor community pools that I have to provide emergency phone access, and the sets I am using don't seem to last very long (probably because I just cheap sets)

We found speakerphone units to be hard to use in a high noise environment and did not with the specifications we needed for temp/humidity ranges.

Guardian Telecom make the old Northern Electric Shoebox phone still with an updated network and ringer assembly. It works well in extreme temperature and humidity changes. (I was told they use them on the shuttle launch pad at NASA, it doesn't melt during liftoff for about three to five missions.)
