I'm a newbie when it comes to the Option 11 switch. The problem I'm having is that the call recording system is picking up the route access code for route '0' and this is what I don't want. It's not doing it for the other routes and I need it to stop. I've posted a print out for route '0' and route '1'. Route '1' is fine and the access code does not appear on the call recording software. I'd deeply appreciate if someone could help me out. The acces code for route '0' is 7777 and is appearing in front of all the numbers on the call recording software thereby corrupting the data. Help please...

the only thing i see is the fact that route one is incoming only and 0 is in and out, prt your cdr data (ld 21 prt cdr) and post that.. the route only turns on cdr for outbound and/or inbound calls. the controls are in the cdb

IF YOU LOOK AT THE CDR FORMAT FROM THE CDR SECTION YOU WILL SEE THAT IS PART OF THE FORMAT. IF YOU DON'T WANT IT YOU WILL HAVE TO FILTER IT OUT
