We currently have our phones set to where if line 1 is being used, the phone will automatically go to line 2 and ring there and so on.. We have 3 lines total. I need to make it to where line 1 ONLY rings on line 1 and does not feed over to lines 2 or 3. Can anyone help me with this? We are using Norstar T7316E. PLEASE HELP!!!

Thanks!

that sounds like a provider issue. if you don't want the main line to ring to lines 2 or 3 that's called a rollover group which is set-up by the provider (ie. Bell, Allstream, etc.)
you can program the phone system to "not ring" when those lines are called but that won't stop the phone system from recognizing the incoming call.

And if you do that when line one is in use the second caller will get a busy signal.
