Telephone KX-NT321 with NS500

Hello!
We already have a KX-NT551 working perfectly with our NS500. I bougth an used KX-NT321 and I'm trying to connect it to the same PBX. The steps I followed were:

1. I applied a factory reset (Pass 7262).
2. I wait for the DHCP data
3. I entered the PBX IP address
4. The phone connected and indicated "UNREGISTERED"
5. I open the web management of the NS500 and I registered the phone. It returned the message "Registration Successful"


After the registration, the phone keeps rebotting. It starts with the typical message (Searching, Waiting for DHCP, Connecting) but then, it restarts and show the error message "ERR 2002-0000"

The firmware of the phone is: "AP: V01.003 and IPL V01.001".

Please tell me how to proceed. Should I change some setting on the PBX? Should I update the phone?

highest version is 1.004. you could update, but it is either a fault on the phone or switch. does it get to connecting1
