Telephone 3901, forward to VoiceMail 1

3901 telephone is for only one call and the next call only rings. Is possible that the next call rings and then forward to a VoiceMail. I has been working, and i only find 2 options.
1. the next call rings
2. the next call go to Voice Mail.

It's possible make a sequence, i mean the next call Rings and then forward to a VoiceMail...¿?? is possible for a 3902 telephone..¿??

So, you want two calls/lines and then voice mail? Install a multi-line phone, or add a CWT key, then set the FDN to the voice mail DN.

3901 only support one call and has the call waiting option for a the next call. The next call rings to alert the user that another call is waiting for answer.

The idea is that the next call rings to alert and if the call is not answer, the call is forward to the VoiceMail.

this is the configure, only forward to the voice mail, but don't rings to alert.

Well Tim, that won't solve anything he needs the CWT feature since the phone only hs one line.

What should solve it is setting the LD15 RDR_DATA OPT to CWRA (Call Waiting Redirection Allowed)

Also, I think HUNT takes precedence of CWT, so you may need to get rid of HUNT (HUNT X)
