We are in the process of migrating from Nortel/Avaya to Cisco. We were using Pinnacle to manage our order tracking (project and order numbers we could refer to to know who requested the work, what was done, and by whom) subscribers (who owns the line), locations, billing groups, and recurring charges. It also provided an inventory of used and available phone numbers, teleco circuits, and provided a mechanism to import our telco bills electronically. Unfortunately, the Powers that Be, selected a billing system for long distance charges and recurring charges, but there is no order management capability, inventory of circuits, or telephone number management within any of our systems.
