I've got similar problem to this thread from 2011. It didn't look like there were any answers back then but I'm hoping someone can help this time around.
I'm using Teleform 10.1. I have been given a versiform someone developed elsewhere and I now need to process over 200 forms that have been filled in.
When I scan them, they keep being processed as nonforms.
I've only ever used traditional forms before and have never had this problem so is there an extra step I need to follow for versiform???
I've referred to the manual and have googled extensively but to no avail.
