Teledex nugget phones not ringing

Had the same problem with s/l phones for the Vodavi. We called the manufactor and they were of no help. We couldn't find an answer for it, something about the ringing Frequency. We even tried changing the ringing frequency in the legend, nothing. If you figure it out, let us know.
