Does anyone know if there is any education provider for courses covering quality of voice networks? I would like to find a course covering for example PESQ, echo and delays. But I don't want to go to a VoIP course that goes through everything in 10 minutes... The course should be covering the quality parts and preferbly not VoIP...

I don't know, and don't have the time to do much checking right now, but I would check the offerings from Telcordia and AVO training.

Good luck, and keep us posted.

Another option would be to check some of the technical colleges and community colleges in your area. With such an emphasis on IT these days, ther are probably some entry level communications classes that might fit your needs. Global Knowledge and Ascolta are some other training providers that might have something.

Hope the helps,

Scott M.

Global Knowledge would be my 1st choice, that is the old nortel schools division but they have expanded that base to include most communications needs
