We are in the process of trying to find a easy to use database software that will allow us to do the following:
- inventory of all equipment/circuits/poc info per site
- cell phone and pager inventory
- general site data
- contract data
We need to be able to not only input/update the data frequently but also be able to run various reports at any given time or with different variables. Also, we will have up to 5 individuals accessing the database so we will need to be able to have multiple users in the database at once. It must be very simple to maintain and also cannot be Microsoft Access as our company does not support this.
Any advice would be appreciated.
