I am runnig Telecom Biling System Version 3.17. For some reason I cannot get my reports to pull up any CDR data after 5/29/13. I archived, I purged, etc. But still nothing. I know it is collecting and I was able to find the *.img file with all of the current data, but I can't get the reports to run or if I go into "Edit", "Call Database" it only goes from January of this year to the end of May - nothing further. I lost support on this system when we upgraded our PBX - so I am at a complete loss. Thanks!
