Is there a way to uncorrupt the databse. I have archived and purged and my .img file says it is 256mb. When I try to collect i get "An error has occured while writing the CDR databse. The databse may be corrupt."

Thanks for the help!

This might be your problem even though you should have more space, the Maximum Database size is 1 GB. This is a Microsoft Access Database Limitation.
Regularly archive and purge the Call Database to ensure there is space for new records. No exact number is available since feature usage during a call affects record volume but an estimate of two to two and a half Million records will usually fill the database.

TBS performs better when the numbers in the Index field are smaller. Periodically follow the steps below to maintain the database.

1. Cost all records then Archive and Purge all data out of the call database:
2. In the M1 System window, select Utilities.
3. Go to Compact the database.
4. Run Repair database. *Note: As referenced in a solution on Nortel (Refer to solution: NORT038946-Unable to delete records from the Employee Directory), a Repair should only be performed if presented with an error message indicating that the database needs to be repaired.
5. Do a Compact.
This will Re-index the Call Data base. The re-index will allow the next call record to appear in the Database with an index number of "1".Hope this helps
