Telecenter VI School Comm System Manual 1

Can anyone help me with locating the instructions on changing the Bell Schedule or finding a Manual for the system? I called Rauland and they referred me to Signet, but the customer has issues with Signet. I called Signet and they won't talk to me (a Samsung Tech)
Any assistance would be appreciated.
