of course they do. they always test clean until the day that the lineman discovers water or something in the junction box at the end of the street. so theres my vent....heres my issue.
I installed a 3300 CX with 2 PRI's have not been back to the site since about a week after the install. Sometime recently the backup PRI has gone down and the telco (qwest) is "testing clean all the way to the smartjack" they get all 1's. I know 100% no configuration changes have been made at the site. when I do a state of the plid all channels are showing not seizable. probably d channel being down.
Since they have 2 seperate PRI's the only way I can think of to show the customer that it is not the hardware is to move the working pri over to the non working pri to show the customer that both cards are not faulty
Why is it that the PBX vendor is the one that has to prove to the telco that the issue is on thier end!
running 9.0 UR1
