I'm hoping that the old Telephone Company repairman will help us with this one. We have a customer that has people calling in from all over that reach a Telco recording that says the number is not in service. The local carrier for the DID service says to have the caller contact their carrier. This is happening way too often and the callers around the country report that they only have trouble calling our Opt 81 customer. Is this really a problem with COs around the country or is the Opt 81 local carrier for the incoming DIDs really the culprit?
