TELCO Lines indication query

Hi,
We have four users of a specific department using J179 with key module. This department have four CO dedicated lines. any incoming call on these four Telco rings on all these four extensions, i mean all four extensions key module key shows that an incoming call is ringing and any user can pick the call. Now these users are working from home using IX workplace with the same extension numbers. The problem is that any incoming call on these four CO lines shows only on one user other three user dont get any ring. The admin wants that all these four IX users should be ring or show some indication if any incoming call hit these four TELCO lines.

Any help??
 
change programming to one personal-CO-line for each trunk
add per-COline for each trunk to buttons on each phone

PCOL is a personal co line.

PCOL can be assigned with a "per-COline" button for access on up to 16 voice
terminals. These trunks are not used and cannot be used in route patterns like
customary trunk members in trunk-groups.
Users answer incoming call on their voice terminal's "per-COline".
Outbound calls from voice terminals with "per-COline" must be originated from
the "per-COline" button.

If you do not have a voice terminal with a "per-COline" button, you cannot use
this line for outbound calls.

Administraion allows coverage path for the line. The PCOL can be answered via
coverage if you do not have a "per-COline" button

Console permissions and Attendants can use Facility Test Calls Access Code: for
testing outbound or verify the circuit has dial-tone.

can 6: per-COline Grp: 1 can be assign on IX workplace softphone?? I mean as i understand we cannot make multiple keys on IX workplace.
 
You can make multiple keys on the Workplace softphone, but it's limited to the SIP features that are supported. I can't imagine PCOL is a supported SIP feature. If it's not an available button on a SIP station form, then you can't do it even if you're using H323 dual registration.
