TELCO 25way Cable & Connector

I plan on possably adding an additional DSM to our phone system, can i just buy the TELCO cable already with the connector from someone like Black Box?

Should be able to buy a RJ-21X type of connector (66 block with an amphenol connector) and a C-P cable. Plug-n-chug.
