We have been running a customer with TelAgility host for about a year now. Just this week the J179 phones went down and did not come back up as connected to TelAgility. The server host at TelAgility had to be rebooted for us to connect and log into it to troubleshoot it. We have some B169 SIP conf phones that have connected back but the J series will not. We have cleared the phones and reloaded the settings but they do not register. In Monitor I see the phones pull HTTP settings but I never see them try to register. We are using TLS and the cert loads with the rest of the programming but they never seem to try to register. My co-worked and I have both tried from our home offices also and could not seem to register but can load the settings from HTTP. Any thoughts that I might have missed.
