Tektronix printer prints legal size as letter?

Hello,

We're having trouble printing on legal size paper for some reason. Every time we tell it to print in legal size, it will print in a letter-sized area on the legal paper. Basically, we'll have a huge margin on the left side of the paper. It does print everything, it is just smaller than it should be and in standard letter size.

Our printer is a Tektronix Phaser 740.

Any ideas? I'm not really sure what to try at this point in time. Thanks a ton.

This problem is now resolved. I had to change the default paper size on the printer to legal. Strange way to do it, but it now works.
