cap-home sensor not seeing the sensors flag -- bad home sensor? paper-feed motor may not be working? cap/wipe/purge clutch may be failing or may be jammed or unable to move?
check the paper-exit drive belt and gear to right of duplex shaft roller next to paper path motor.
