Hi,

We keep getting a message on our printer saying Jam at duplex unit remove duplex unit. We have no duplex on this printer sao how do we clear this error so we can use the printer??

It is possible the tray sensor board is bad (118 9913 00). My best guess, you might try cleaning it also.
