The Company I work for decided not to repair our Tektronix Phaser 560 printer due to cost of replacing the Imaging Unit verses the age and amount this printer is used.
Our area would like to try to use the printer, but do not have the resources to purchase the Imaging Unit. Does anyone know how the printer senses the amount of useability left in the Imaging unit? Is there a way to "reset" the printer or the Imaging unit without having to purchase another Imaging Unit?
