tektronix phaser 350/error/prints cleaning page

i have a tektronix phaser 350/error message load tray/waiting for paper/continue or cancel .when pressing continue, it prints out cleaning page,then when finished it goes back to same message, i cannot cancel this.wasting alot of ink. can anyone help me on this?
