Tektronix Phaser 350-Error message known but cannot fix!

I have come across a Tektronix (Xerox) Phaser 350 which displays the error code 04.001.40 with a page count of 37846. I have located the error code which gives the advice "reseat main board" or "cycle printer's power" which I had already obviously done.I have very little knowledge of these units-I only really deal with inkjets. Any help or knowledge would be much help.
