Tektronix Phaser 340 Fault 04,005.44:64707

I have gotten this fault 04,005.44:64707 to the display screen of our Tektronix Phaser 340. What does it mean and how do I fix it, (short of calling an authorized service tech)?

Here is what the phaser 340 service manual says about this error: Failure positioning drum maintenace cam during a drum maintenance cycle: check drum maintenance cam solenoid, clutch, home sensor, and related hardware. the manual doesn't say anything else on how to fix this, I hope this helps. Kris

thanks. i have since found out that this is a factory alignment that needs to completely address these issues. it is off a service agreement. the repair will cost more than a new(er) printer.
