Tektronix 7700 tray one locked after relocation???

Hi group

I have just bought a xerox Tektronix 7700 and have managed to get it running OK, but tray one seems to be locked shut. I understand there is a relocation procedure and thought there may be some locking pins or similar, but I can't find anything of the sort. Can anyone point me in the right direction???

Hopefully you have this figured out by now, but there is a moving kit which has various bits in it that hold different parts securely while the printer is moved. Download the full user's manual from the Xerox site as the unpacking instructions for new machines will tell you about it.
