tektronix 7700 replace yellow toner

After replaced yellow developer, although it printed fine for few days, alternating messages between "replace yellow toner cartridge," and "printing 1of1 pages" shows when open/closes the front door. I tried replacing yellow toner cartridge, reseatted yellow developer just to ensure I have installed it properly...not luck so far
solution for this issue would be greatly appriciated

The only thing I can think of off the top of my head is check the biasing contact on the bottom of the developer, and make sure the right hand door is shut.

I have checked biasing contact it was ok and right door was properly closed, i might try replacing developer to see if it is the defective one that causing this issue...not sure
